You can use it whenever you want to see your medical information, manage your appointments, request medication refills, search for information about certain medical conditions and medications and more. If you provided an e-mail address, you will get a notification to check your myACCESSHEALTH account when there is new activity in your account.

Why are some test results not shared on myACCESSHEALTH?

Your provider will determine what test results he or she will let you access. If you do not see certain test results, contact your provider and ask him or her to release those results to you. Also, ACCESS may have decided to not release certain types of results via myACCESSHEALTH or the results may not yet be available and you may need to check at a later time.

If some of my health information on myACCESSHEALTH is not correct, what should I do?

Your myACCESSHEALTH information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your ACCESS health center. Please ask your health center to correct any wrong information at your next visit. Your health information will be reviewed and updated in your electronic medical record each visit.

Can I view a family member’s (my child, spouse, or parent) medical information in myACCESSHEALTH?

Parents or guardians may request access to their child’s medical record, but will have limited access when the child is between 12 and 18 years If the child is 18 years or older, parents will not have access to their child’s account.

What are the computer requirements for myACCESSHEALTH?

A Web browser, which is used to access the Internet, is required in order to access myACCESSHEALTH. Compatible Web browsers include Internet Explorer version 6.0 or above, Firefox 2.0 or above or any other browser that is up-to-date.

Why doesn’t my access code work?

Your health center will give you an access code that is needed when logging in to myACCESSHEALTH for the very first time. This code will not be needed for subsequent visits to the site. For security reasons, your access code automatically expires after 45 days if not used. If your access code does not work, you have lost your access code or your access code has expired, please contact your health center.

When I try to log in to myACCESSHEALTH, I get a message telling me “login unsuccessful.” What should I do?

Make sure that you are not entering extra spaces in either the myACCESSHEALTH user ID or password fields. Then, make sure your Caps Lock key is not on when typing your user ID or password. From time to time, the myACCESSHEALTH Web site may be unavailable due to planned maintenance on the site.

How can I get my myACCESSHEALTH user ID if I’ve forgotten it?

If you cannot remember your myACCESSHEALTH ID, click the "Forgot myACCESSHEALTH Username?" link on the sign in screen. From there, you will need to enter your First and Last name and your date of birth to have your username emailed to you.
If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will need to contact your health center.

If you cannot remember your myACCESSHEALTH password, click the “Forgot password” link on the sign in screen. From there, you will need to enter your myACCESSHEALTH ID and your date of birth to begin resetting your password.
If you do not remember any of this information, you will need to contact your health center.
